Different ads seen via different referrals to your site with AdSense.
Noticing this quite a lot today. It may have been happening for some time, but I like the variety I'm seeing.

Are seeing diffrent ads when entering your site via search engine results vs. from another site link for example? Did you try to just refresh your page and see if the ads change?
