How to get real adsense total?

okay I am confused... after I log into my stats at adsense I immediately get a total right... click on top channels and it gives the break of the days total

okay... my problem is that the total in top channels just give me a total for one click not all channels shown....

Now if I go to all data all channels by day or month yet another total much higher...

so... how do I know which total is the correct one?
and why when I go to select all and select both the total is always higher... yet when I go by page it is lower... where has the higher total disappeared to... and if the don't show in my final tally why are they created in the first place...

Clear as mud... is it possible that adsense is not talling my totals correctly...

so please how do I get the correct total what do I click and look at... please... thanks,

easiest to get the true total is to click "This month by day" which will be the same figure as "Todays Earnings" the other total you are looking at is just adding ALL channels together so if you have one site and that site contains 5 channels it will take todays total and add all the seperate channels to it.

Clicking top channels on the first login page doesnt seem to do that though so its the truest figure, it shows the main site and its channels but doesnt add them all together.
