In general, on average, most of the time, for most people: Do clicks and impressions update at the same time? It seems my impressions update smoothly over time, but my clicks show up in 'clumps'.
does anyone else see this, or is it just coincidental?

Nope, this is the way stats have updated since the program started, kind of higgledy-piggly at different times. There are occasions where you think you might see a pattern to the updating, though I doubt if there's anything consistent to it.
But I only check my stats each morning for the day before, so others might have seen patterns that I'm not aware of.
