I stary watching around many people who have knowage to make great page with good desing start build some article with some links and ads who its display on good place just on one-two page with no desing.
When i say no desing i mean really white page with some text.
What you think.
Its posible this to be more active?

In industrial design, there's a rule: Form follows function. This rule applies to all aspects of design especially when it comes to visual communication.

From there, we can come to a conclusion that people find simpler designs more friendly and easy to use. For the sake of usability, informative sites with more text must be very simple to navigate and read through. BUT also musn't look amateurish for your long term success.

For graphics & animation related pages, I can't make the exact comment. For example, if you're a graphic design company, you must show your capabilities with the design of your own website.

I've recently begun to see some impressive income from a site that has not been updated in months, and simply offers bare-bones information via rss feeds and the like.
Maybe it just came out of the sandbox?
Hard to say.....

I'll agree with the principle though that simple and easy to read designs with blended ads will allow for those eyes to find their way to the places you would like them to browse..heh.
