Google Bypass when clicking ads?

Anybody knows of an Internet Explorer plug-in that bypasses Google (and or others like Yahoo, MSN) when clicking on an ad provided by Google and takes me directly to the advertised site rather than routing me through Google?

Possible uses:

1) avoid clicking on own ads
2) useful if your IP is blocked by Google and you get only 404 error messages when clicking on ads anyhow
3) if someone for whatever reason wants to boycott Google

If it does not exist, would it be difficult to write?

Might be easier to get a firefox extention.
