As far as I know, AdSense does not have personal reps. Is it possible you are thinking of AdWords?

I have, from time to time, written to them about various support issues and have always emailed to the same person, who over time became familiar. It is an informal relationship that could come in handy in times of crisis or uncertainty.

I don't know what the official threshold is, but I would wager that there is some level of earnings that would justify personal attention. Indeed, there are most likely people doing cold calls on the biggest potential publishers. G would be foolish not to pursue the biggest uncaught fish, though G is sometimes peculiar in the way it treats people (intentional understatement).

No, I mean adsense.

I want to ask to have the option of use hints for one site the is getting bigger.
I'm not sure if the use of adsense hints it is just for premium publishers or if you can have that without being premium.

You have to have 20 million or more page views per month. They contact you.

It depends on your income potential and earnings. We don't have 20 million pageviews a month, but we do have someone we can call on the phone or email if we need help. Even if we use the contact form in the Adsense panel, our rep is the one who calls us regarding our issue. They were the ones who first contacted us, not us requesting for a personal rep
