my account was disabled in the past, now i have sign-up at google adsense again with my webmaster email address, and i have recieved an email from google:

Congratulations!

Your Google AdSense application has been approved. You can now activate
your account and start delivering AdWords ads on your site in minutes.

What's this? :D

can i add the code again at my site and start serving ads?

There was just a thread on this today.
From my reading it does not look like you can.

Did you apply for another account with a different domain? If so, your former domain(s) will still be blocked from using AdSense, if it was running AdSense when you were suspended.

Are all your old stats in the account? Or does it appear to be an entirely new account?

<added>I suppose you can try adding the code and see what happens. But if your application was approved on a new site and they didn't realize you were formerly suspended, it will raise the flag and your new account would likely be suspended too.</added>

If your account was disabled, and you now have signed for another account using another email, then chances are that if you put the code in the same sites that prompted the disabling of your old account, you will have a high probability of being suspended again.

Using the same @domain.com address would not prevent people from signing up. I am sure there are dozens of people signing up with yahoo.com email addresses.

That happens when the domain has been blocked from using AdSense due to a previous suspension or declined application.

<There was just a thread on this today.>

And the initial posts looking extremely similar. I wonder if this person had their WW account suspended, and then signed up with another one from a different email address to start the same thread over again :-).

The writing style would clearly indicate it's not the same person. :)
