i have been researching lot on top paying keywords and thinking of making a niche content websites around them .but have some question like it is found that topics on asbestos and lung cancer are very high paying keywords of value upto 70 -80 $.does it mean that if anyone clicks this ads will i get upto 70-80$per ad or this amount is kept by google and 50 or less % is shared by us.i mean is there any calculation to know how much this high paying keywords will give us per click.
plz provide me valuable insights into this.

Out of interest, where and how have you done your "researching"? $70-$80 seems a bit excessive.

If this is the case, why ask here? Why not keep it quiet and create your niche site.

You are wasting your time "building a site around" anything that you do not know a lot about.

Do you think an advertiser would pay you big dollars a click if he does not trust the site due to it being THE authority on the subject?

You will get hardly any clicks anyway due to the fact that people like yourself want to target "high paying keywords". The competition is too great. And you would get smartpriced too!

Build a real genuine site on what you know A LOT about.

As Nitrous says, you're going about it the wrong way. IF any advertiser are still bidding that much (they might not be), they aren't going to pay it for a click on YOUR site. They are going to pay it for a click on a true authority site. Secondly, because the area you mention is seen by so many people as valuable, the Internet is overloaded with sites that are going after exactly the same audience you would be. Too much competition. Too many established sites.

In short, if you built a web site around asbestosis and lung cancer, no one would visit it and those that did wouldn't get you big-value clicks.

you will never get $70 for 1 click... even if you would have some "normal" site, not MFA... may be after 5 years and getting into #1 position in your business, you could get $10 or even $20, but never $70...
