I just took a look at my site's cache on Google and the AdSense ads shown are all PSAs on every cached page.

Is this because it is loading in to the cached version of the page or is this what was showning when GoogleBot came through?

Always does that when you look at your page through a cache, don't worry about it.

When you look at a site in cache, you will notice the URL actually comes from Google, so mediabot thinks it is a brand new page running AdSense and will go and target it. In the past, if you go back and check that same cached URL it will show targeted ads - I haven't tried this recently though, so that may not be the case any longer.
