What ads to block

I've been following the advice on this forum and have begun to block MFA ads. My question is about "Work from home" or "Get Rich Quick" type ads. They aren't MFA's, but they have nothing to do with my site. Should I block these as well or do they actually pay out well?

Most people block these ads. I certainly do.

Unless your site covers the same topic as these ads and your visitors have specifically arrived to read about this particular topic, I would say block them.

In any case, the very nature of (the majority) of these ads stink of scams, so I would be carefully screening them even if I did decide against blocking.
