help get me started.

Hi all from a very keen newbie. I dont know too much about adsense, but from what i read im very interested in doing this..im keen and think that i have the will to succeed at it. There are some things that i need help with...everything! i really dont know where to start as i dont know how to build a site or how to get traffic or anything. some kind help, resources and explanations would be fantastic.
