A bit of sharing with webmasters.

I have a site which has highly relevant ads. I experienced a great dip in earnings last Sat and Sun. I believe many guys here have the same problem too as seen in last threads. Now the situation seems resolved, and even improved for me.

After the incident last week, I observed the click value in my site has increased, eCPM increased. Im wondering if my site is benefited by an improved smart pricing ratio?

Any others have same experience on it? Does the average click value gradually grows on your site?

As I know smart pricing takes into account the age and relevance of website. So I suppose eCPM would increase by time.

How many visitors, how old?

My income was up (from around 100 daily) to 125 daily for dec, jan, and feb. Then march came and It was dismal at first (say 70/85 daily) and now is getting back to normal.

It wasnt smart pricing because the epc stayed the same (ish) but targeting. Less clicks! Same traffic. Hundreds of MFAs advertising etc. Well most of them vanished and the rest are in the filter. Looks to be getting back to normal slowly. But not there yet!

If your site is new (3 months?) then the ads may not be optimised. Initially they are a bit "broad". The bot seems over time to find what works best (as long as you dump the fake search engines, MFAs, etc.
