How to get rid of crappy ads?

Well, I was going to wait it out, but they have completely invated my site :), I mean this ads that offer nothing to my visitors but more search and have nothing to do with my site. The biggest problem is that my url filter is full now and I dont know what to do next :(
Another thing this has never happen before.

Any suggestions.

Apparently these "Search Engine" sites are cropping up more and more. I've just recently had to implement the filter and I already have around 40 sites blocked. I expect to easily go over the 200 limit. Personally, I think this is unfair, and will reduce traffic to my site. We need unlimited URLs to block as we have nearly unlimited people who are creating bogus websites.

Doesn't even have to be that many people. Those who create them almost certainly create many. More efficient and harder to block.

Remember AS team applied some changes in september
and now very often we see 2 ads in a 4 ad block -
I think here works mechanism to protect from crappy ads
which not converting well and just use some attractive
view, like "buy Porshe here for only 2000 USD".

Trying to block these ads is like chasing a dog from a comfortable couch -- the minute you turn your back, he is back again.

I would like to see some solution, like something that would effectively drain the advertising budgets of the slime who create these ads!

Just a theory, but for now this might be OK, but longer term you may be whacked by smart pricing for showing MFA's.

I've been blocking ads for a while now, and I have a theory that I've seen a positive cycle of better income breeding less volatile smart pricing over time.

I'd watch your epc very closely, and watch the ads you serve.

If you want to drain the funds of the MFAs just make sure you click them when you see them on any other page than yours!

That way they will give up. And the poor guy who has them on his page gets a bit of the "slimes" money.

Nitrous - won't work. They will create even more of this to compensate. And you join their league by producing fraudulent clicks. I prefer to be hard but fair, even with scammers and thiefs.

How can they create more and gain? If everyone clicks the obvious MFA ads they it costs them, and they make nothing. They cannot afford to keep throwing money away! Having said that I wouldnt personally do it I just block them.
