Looking for Adsense logger plugin

Are there any wordpress users out here that have this plug-in?
I've looked all over the place but I can't find it.
It's no longer on the author's homepage either.

So here's me hoping there is somebody reading this that can help me out in forwarding me the plug-in.

Have a problem though.Not sure if this is the right place to ask but if there are any users here that have this plugin installed:

Did you have any problems getting it to work?
It doesn't show up here on my dashboard after the installation and correct chmodding.
