PSA's are only served up when there are no regular ads to serve, and are not mixed in with paying ads.
If you are trying to guess what ads pay better than others, don't bother trying to do this. We have no way of knowing.
If you are saying you get a load of MFA's, then you have the option of blocking them one by one. But there clearly were some problems over the weekend so I'd let that settle down for a day or so before going down the blocking route.
