to have some sites that are content rich that gets good no of visitors without advertisements is six months is enough?
If so how should I procced?
When should I go for some paid advertisement?
should I go for hiring writters to write articles for my site?
English is not my first language. Should I go for any online article writting courst to boost my morale?
Looking for your help
When I first started out, I directly started using adsense. The first two months were hard, but after that I had a steady amount of visistors, and my income was fair.
I never advertised (paid) whatsoever anywhere. Link building is important.
I don't know what you first language is, but you might want to think about doing it in your own language or at least some sites. There are more content sites in english than in other languages, so this means more competitors.
You can hire writers, if you like. You could also buy content, and by this I don't mean the content everybody uses, but their are some writers offering nice and not to widespread content for a fair price.
If you would like to do an english course, I would suggest to try to live for a while in an english country, if possible, that is always the best. If not possible, buy a dictionary, and start reading alot, alot and more. Books, websites, anything. The words you don't know, try to look them up in your dictionary.

P.P.S. A tip: If your country is a get's alot of tourists, start a site with information for them. Works great, trust me.
Regarding paid writing:- I'm not sure that this is entirely the right forum for that question, but IMHO it's worth a try.I'd be inclined to implement adsense and see how it goes first.

Build a site based on your idea. Make it a site PEOPLE want to go to and use. That way they will link to it from forums, other sites, directories etc. That will likely not happen or not as fast if it is basically an adsense trap!
Interesting site that develops a natural traffic flow first. No rehashed content that can be found elsewhere but a unique idea, interest, or service.
After these natural links and traffic develop you will get good search traffic as well! NOW ad your ads... AFTER people have linked to your site. Remember interesting and well written unique content is what works. Especially long term.
I've never looked at a site and said "This place has Google ads; I'll find another site."
