I was just reading a story on a newspaper website about Barry Diller, the media mogul. One of the AdSense ads on the page was titled "Best of Phyllis Diller" and was an ad for a Phyllis Diller CD. There's a great example of broad matching at work. I have to wonder whether the advertiser would be pleased or not.
The ad was included in the inline rectangle format with two other ads (not the maximum four) which were perfectly targeted to the content of the article, but not Barry Diller.
