I have now phpbb with some SEO for url who are the most used things for phpbb.
I have one Leaderboard (728 x 90) up on page and one 468x15_4 down who display 4 links
My average CTR its from 0,6 ~ 1.2
My question its about when i make index page with info and ads are i must remove down chanel and ads where have little ctr for can display more good ads or index or CTR (little or high)its not important for what ads will be displayed.

sorry tazmaniak, I have no idea what your question is. Can you maybe sum up your question in one sentence? Are you trying to remove low-performing channels?

Yes if i remove this low chanels from my forum and make new index page (not only forum) are i will start reciving more good ads?
