Banned and really didn't do it

I am sitting here in shock having just gotten an email from G stating I am banned. I've been an AdSense publisher for 7 months, never had a problem and never cheated. I explained to friends and family not to click on the ads.

Last week I launched a new site with a PR Web press release and that's when the trouble started. My CTR one day was 250% for one page and exceeded 100% another day. I also saw multiple clicks but no ad revenue, which was a first. This made me nervous and I even considered writing Google to ask what was happening. I didn't. Instead I figured that any monkey business would settle down after the press release faded. It did but apparently the damage was done.

If I had engaged in cheating I would take my lumps but to think I got banned when there was no cheating on my part...I am just stunned right now.

I wrote them a letter stating as much. Do you all know of anyone who has been banned then reinstated upon appeal?
