Anyone else noticing a difference in your early march eCPM earnings compared to FEB? I'm noticing a considerable difference and wondered if anyone else has. It would seem a smart pricing change or adjusted advertiser budgets making an impact as the month begins.

Since March 1 I am seeing a 2/3 reduction in my eCPM same number of clicks and impressions. Something is whacked, these numbers have been stable for over a year now.

While there is only 3 days of data here, it seems there has been a drop on my sites as well.

I have received no communication from Google, but I do recall it appeared they were working on the control panel a few days ago.

And I was just starting to reinvest some of my earnings into adwords. I guess its time to stop this practice until there is some sign of stability.

In the last few days I have seen the same thing and a spate of MFA ads. Somebody, somewhere, is having a brain fart again.

March 1 & 2 were good and then 3 & 4 show a 50% earnings drop.

I just checked my site and saw a bunch of junk ads too so maybe it's time to add them to my competitve filter - which is full :-0

Feb & Mar back to normal after a slow Nov,Dec,Jan. Give it a month or two before turning on the sweat pumps.

"Someone is going up, someone is going down, what's the purpose of these threads?"

Bill,

I think these threads have a purpose. If I see a sudden 60% drop in earnings (as happened to me yesterday) I want to take an informed decision about whether to do something or not. So I keep in touch with the forum and have a look at what others are experiencing. Sometimes, a drop in earnings only lasts a few days. But if it lasts more than a week, and many others are having the same problem, there might be some sort of update going on that is affecting a certain category of publishers. Knowing that I can make a decision about perhaps changing my websites. So I always consider the "my earnings have dropped" threads very useful. Also, keep in mind that if you really make a lot of money, a sudden drop in earnings only equals the difference between spending the winter in Florida or at the Bahama's. For those of us not making 10K+ a month, a drop in earnings could mean the difference between being able to pay the mortgage or not. Hence the fact that so many people do believe these threads are of any importance...

i have half earnings as compared to Jan or Feb..
don't know why
its all same, same traffic, same clicks
:(

Seeing the same. Feb was very slow, March is of to a very bad start with earnings approx 50% down. Something is wacky big time. Brain farts galore again.

Off they go from a few more channels....why upset my affiliate links with them MFA junk ads that pay close to nothing?

YEah, I had a drop of in EPC of 60% after a fantastic January and February. The roller coaster continues . . . Getting less than a nickel per click now. Yikes.

This weekend is horrible. $100 drop from March 2nd to March 3rd, and another $30 drop yesterday. Today's looking bad also.

Things continue to look normal here. Average month-to-date eCPM is within a penny of February's.

Sounds like a majority of us are back to normal or slightly above.

Seems to back to normal today on most channels. Nothing spectacular but much better then past week. Still waiting for that click dump though.
