Pharmacy Ads?

When I first started adsense I thought pharmacy ads were not allowed. I don't see it now in the rules. Did I overlook something?

Are you able to have adsense pages for viagra, diet pills, vitamins, online pharmacy etc.?

advertisers may advertise pharmacies / pills and such if they meet guidelines but i think g frowns on publishers running adsense on pill content pages cause few publishers meet those same guidelines --- must have square deal approval seal just for pharmacy related sites and pay on-going fee to be monitored for compliance

Anyone hazard a guess about the Walmart Pharmacy ads that TF is running? There is no way to opt out of them except by emailing TF, which I have done.

They are all over my site and completely irrelevant to the content....Grr

Mmz my interpretation of this piece of text from the ToS is that you are allowed to have pharmacy content, as long as you don't sell or promote it?

What if I excessively use something like "this widget is your pill to success" on my page..and if I succed in thus getting pharmacy related ads, will I be banned for prescribing a pill.Looks a silly question, but I guess anyone can make such a mistake, if it indeed was.

What if. What if. What if. You have to email Google if you have a real example you need a definitive answer for. I know from personal experience that NON-promotional pages that touch on taboo topics may be allowed, but I asked first and anyone else should do the same.

Beer seems to be one that regularly slips under the radar, as I've seen quite a few sites about beer, which are full of ads promoting home brew kits, beer making and such!

Likewise wine - there are lots of sites about it, promoting it and offering it for sale.
