My first page the / one has sinds a few weeks a PR of 4, not very intresting but another page on my site has a PR of 5 and now Google is advertising herself; with 'adwords' and become 'adsense professional ads'.
I dont know how much $ this ads will deliver, not mutch because it's on a page that isnt visited often.
But do you think that google use Pagerank to push 'more or other' ads?
The more frequent and the deeper (more pages) your site gets crawled, the better indexed you will become on Google.
The Better indexed you are on Google, the more visitors they will send you.
The more visitors you have, the more ads you will be getting and serving.
The more visitors, ads, impressions the more money you get.
So excluding topic relevance & EPC, yes PR (among other things) plays an indirect role in the kind of ads you get and the amount of money you earn, hence the green color $$ of your PR in the Google Toolbar ;-)
But all my pages are indexed, i dont think PR has effect on how many pages google will index. From the beginning of my site Google liked my site structure and indexed everything... ( a little too much )
The only intresting find i would like to share with you is that you may get Better and more expensive ads when you have a high PR.
Maybe you knew that allready, im sorry then.

As for the earnings per click (EPC) being higher just because of its coming from a high PR pages, I don't think so, it has to do with the topic of the page, and how well this page converts visitors in the eyes of the advertiser among other things.
I also doubt very much that PR is a factor in determining what ads to show. Why should it be? Google is trying to show relevant ads on behalf of its advertisers, not reward you for having a popular site.
As an example:
Pretend I have a site that is totally unique its field. There is no other site covering this topic or keywords. As the only site in its niche it gets loads of inbound links which gives it a huge PR of say 9.
Nobody bids on Adwords in this sector so when I put Adsense on my pages what type of ads will get served?
PSA's and other irrelevant low paying ads. Even tho I have PR9
Does that make sense? Sort of ;)
