Very High CTR

What should I do?

I have 3 sites, one of which has just gone up about a month ago. It is doing well so far, however the last 2 days has seens a spike in CTR. Before Friday CTR for the new site was around 10-14%. Then on Friday and Saturday CTR jumped to 29-32%. I am getting the same amount of traffic and there is no reason for this that I can see.
I have contacted google and sent ips of suspicious activity but I am pretty nervous about the whole thing!
Anyone have any ideas what I should do? I have worked to long and hard and the last thing I want is to get accused of click fraud.

I don't know how busy the site is, but you say it's new, so I assume not very. If it is on a low base of users, that sort of change is not statistically significant.

There are about 120 uniques per day.

you covered your bases by contacting google.

one thing to look for are new advertisers in your sector, or ads that have been worded to be more effective.
