Im working on a new site for a client - the site has words in the domain name which means (click my ads) - the site content is about getting ads click. But it does not actually ask the users to click the ads.

The site has banners which are not related to google (or any other broker).

Do you think it would be to risky to put adsense on this site?

You could always apply and see what happens. I agree with mecjfl but you never know.

Personally I would never do this. Adsense TOS are very clear about not drawing attention to the ads and not inciting folks to click the ads. A domain name that says something meaning the same as "click my ads" added to content about clicking ads sounds very much like violating TOS. But keep us posted, I think all of us are very curious about the outcome of this.
The least you should do is ask Google, but I'd say their answer would be a big NO.

I wonder what type of ads AdSense would serve for that content.

If I was Google, though, my answer would be a big fat no.

I don't think it's risky at all, as long as it's the client's Adsense acccount. I think the real risk is in not asking.

What's the worst they can do, kick you out of the program. Then you're right back where you are today.

"I don't think it's risky at all, as long as it's the client's Adsense acccount."

Now you're speeding Billy!
What if the client's account is in some way related to the OP's account? For example if the OP has been logging in both accounts from the same computer.
In that case the OP's account is on the line too!
Better be careful!

apply and see what they say. They'll review your site and if they don't like your content they'll say no(edited for typo). You don't necessarily blow your chances of running adsense on another site. If the site is more focussed on how to run successful cpc campaigns then you might be ok - but if its any more than this I would imagine they would stay well away. I wouldn't imagine G would want to be associated with anything that could be remotely linked with click fraud.
