Just set up a new site, and looking for traffic. There are alot of traffic exchange out there that promises you clicks for your adsense ads. Are those safe to join?

Will google find out and ban you. I keep reading that google ban you quite easily and you can't re-apply. Is that true?

Thanks for you advise.

Don't even think of joining them. If you do you might get a couple of clicks and then find out your account has been banned. Never to be able to rejoin.

Best thing to do is read up around here on ways to get legitamate traffic to your site, try this as your first stop

If your first act after joining adsense is to look a way to generate invalid clicks, then you're probably going to be banned eventually anyway.

Any click not coming from a real vistor who is actually interested in the content of the ad is an invalid click. Any click made on an ad for the purpose of generating revenue is an invalid click.

May as well get yourself banned early and save yourself a load of effort.

They do something that is called "working".
It is either that, or breaking the rules at the risk of being caught, just as anywhere else...

Hi,

1) Boasting is often to make up for lack of real action: think teenage boys bragging for example. And I didn't get much boasting in either! Bv<

2) Serious work for a reasonable time is MOST people's formula for success, and doing what you like and know about feels less like work and is more likely to succeed.

AdSense isn't a get rich quick scheme and if you treat it that way most likely you'll put a lot of time and effort into losing an AdSense account. Stay away from AdSense traffic/click rings or anything else shady as you'll lose your AdSense account long before you'll ever find out how much a month you could legitimately earn.

Might take you a while to break $100/month but there's no limit how much you can earn with AdSense except your skills of promoting your web site.

What you call boasting some call facts.

The facts are this, you can easily exceed $5K/month without cheating using AdSense. Sad fact is that can take up to 1M ad impressions/month to get that much money unless you've got some really good paying keywords which can earn a lot more with less impressions.

I have been working pretty damn hard for most of a year, and due to server and advertising costs, my actual profit is not much more than $10 a day! It has been better, but new server costs has dragged it down.

With another 6 months of real hard work, I may finally be doing well out of adsense :)

I have nothing but contempt for those that think they should cheat the system.

This people are like discussing about the perfect crime, but have no idea about finger prints, DNA analyses and all the other methods to find the culprit.
