I have joined several affiliate programs and I sell different products on my site and earn commission. Can I show Adsense on such a site or is it against the TOS.
I read their TOS and did'nt find anything that said that. Maybe they have phrased it in a different way. Cos recently a person I know who has a similar site applied for AS and got rejected saying the site does meet their requirements or something. So i'm not sure it was bcos he was doing affiliate sales.
Any thoughts - Thanks
But in that case any site that does affiliate sales is not going to have any original content - They are just gonna post the content provided by the vendor. So that means they cant qualify for AS or what?
Thanks

Not true. Many information sites use affiliate sales as a source of revenue (that's where the term "cost per action advertising" comes from). But many "pure affiliate" sites add value in the form of original content, too--especially if they depend on referrals from search engines for their traffic.
Actually I've been showing AS on my other content site (not Affiliate site) for a while now and I was under the assumption we cannot show AS on "pure affiliate" sites.
So I just wanted to check before starting to show cos I dont wanna end up violating any TOS.
thanks
