What to find out what average eCPMs are.

Does anybody know a good place to find average eCPMs? I'd love to see how they vary by site topic and function, but any information will do...

Thanks for the welcome. Do you know of any good ways to get an estimate or use some sort of proxy to get an idea of what people earn?
