Why would you be unless you were all sharing the same computer and Net connection?

And by the way...not everyone is a guy here and "I" is capitalised in the real world.

LOL - im quite aware that not every one is a guy and thats not they way "I" intended it to be taken.

I remember reading some where that we could get banned for such a thing. Its a big neighbourhood so I hope it will all be ok.

I'd suggest you keep your site squeaky clean. A combination of a limited geographic area, frequent return visitors, and a high frequency of type-ins as opposed to Web referrers, might raise a red flag at Google. What you're doing isn't against the rules, but it could look similar to a group of friends getting together to earn some beer money.

When you have your site and promotion strategy in place, you might even want to give Google a heads-up about it just so that there's something on file demonstrating good faith.

Actually it may be worth asking incrediBill since I think he has experience with this type of community site.

Forgive me iBill if I'm wrong!

I have a large local following for my site and did local print advertising. I too was concerned about this, but it has not been an issue. However as Jomaxx said, stay "squeaky clean"

Yes, it's the typical thing that could (COULD) trigger a manual review. DO be sure a manual review goes ok!
