Depends on many factors.

How many of those 300,000 page impressions are unique?

Some earn $20,000+ with less than that number of impressions, while others earn $100 with more than that number. The range can be very wide.

It's hard to estimate with Adsense because there are no set prices

It could be anywhere from less than $1 CPM to more than $100 CPM (i.e. $300 to $30,000 total). If you currently have 300,000 pageviews a day and are asking this question, then I would assume you'll be at the $1 end of the spectrum.

I've tested several sections of my editorial travel-planning site with and without AdSense leaderboards, and as far as I can tell, AdSense ads don't have a measurable impact on affiliate bookinge.

Of course, if you were to go overboard and load up your pages with AdSense ads above the fold, you might see a drop in affiliate referrals and income.

Also guys i tryed out 3 - 2 weeks free trial pay stats services each one i get 31,000 to 34,000 uvs a day but with the free stats you get with my server i get only 18,000+ uvs a day, crazy whos right the pay stats service or the free one?

I'd give it a try.

It's a bit of a gamble but AdSense may be able to boost your earnings. It may lower your affiliate earnings but if the AdSense income is bigger than the lost affiliate earnings then it's well worth it.

Actually you can use adsense as a stat program. Just use the smallest ad they have and put it way at the bottom out of the way. That way you will know what google considers a pageview.

i added adsense to all my pages but not the index page and for my first day i made $90+ on 145K page impressions and my affiliate earnings is still the same, nice extra income.Thank you all ; )
