I have observed this recently in a few websites. The page has lots of content and all 'widgets' that appear on the page are linked. Get your pointer to that link and a tooltip appears which contains an ad related to widgets. This is most often non-Adsense, but have many times observed Adsense also.

I would like to know if this is under TOS and also, how I may do this. Should I use php or so. Please let me know of this so that I can ask this again in the appropriate category.

I believe this is IntelliTXT. There's no valid way that AdSense ads could be displayed in this manner.

I believe if the link "words" are underlined with a dotted rather than solid line they are Amazon's new advertising system could also be Kontera.

Seen it on a site the other day, cant remember which one though.

For information on IntelliTXT, just type the obvious URL in your browser.

yes, I guess it was intelliTXT that I saw. But I also think I saw Adsense being displayed that way.

Anyway, I feel 50000 page views is too high for me to even think about it now.

Hmm.. I am wondering if this is against Googles TOS.. Time to start digging through it again.

I asked Google about IntelliTXT and Adsense about one year ago. They told me that it is not within TOS.

However, I can see many sites that have IntelliTXT as well as Adsense on the same page.

Along with "Please click on the ads and the double-underlined links to support this site," no doubt. :-)

No, not necessarily. I have seen it on another well known seo related website.

Spotted the same thing (adsense and ntellitext on the same page) on a certain site where experts exchange technical information too. In that particular site the adsense ads seem a bit different (no ads by "gooooooogle" - possibly a perk for larger sites?)

I was just reading a famouse computer tech web site as I noticed the special links.

I wondered, because on each page 3 AdSense ads and 5 IntelliTXT Links

Maybe a special agreement for premimum publishers?
