The Best Color Against a White Background

I have been doing a ton of testing, and have found out that using red ADS yield better results (when against a white backgroung). I have also noticed that if the AD color is the same as my website's layout, CTR improves as well. Does anyone which other colors are catchy while on a white background?

I use blue links and black text on a white background. Mainly because they fit in with my site, but are also the accepted convention for link colour.
