There's this one proscraper, I mean problogger, who has some scraper sites and he seems to have 5 ad units on all of his pages. Now the TOS seems to say there are only 3 allowed. Or am I mistaken in this?

I thought that the TOS stated one ad link unit per page. I would be using only one myself anyway.

As far as I know you're only allowed three google ads, and a maximum of one of those may be a link bar.

3 ad-blocks AND 1 ad-link-block AND 1 link for Firefox AND 1 for GoogleAdsense (one for every product)
