Site targetting - how do you opt out?

Having seeing a steady decline in daily income over the last week, while traffic rose -- while simultaneously seeing one particular site targetted advert showing up over and over and over again (often twice on the one page), I checked into adwords and found out that I could now buy CPM adverts on my site for a mere 25cents/thousand -- significantly less than what the program started at.

I'm trying now to figure out how to disable CPM adverts but can't figure it out. Can someone help?

thanks

You can email adsense support and ask them to do that. They will probably send an email back saying that doing it may decrease your earnings, and ask for confirmation if you want to disable cpm ads.

I did this, and the income (in my case) did actually decrease, so I asked them to turn it back on again.
