Just got an email from google which apologizes for the delay ( due to engineering changes and the holiday ) and cheques will be sent by end of next week.

Last month, Google changed the paymenmt history field to only show payments that have been actually processed and mailed to publishers.
To find out what your totals from November, simply use the reports field and select "last month" from the duration field, and it will display your total for November at the bottom of the daily totals.
