Potential Content Duplication - A/S TOS VIolation?

Found a website that sells ready made "AdSense Ready" Sites

I found a site that offers adsense ready websites... Something like 150 "Content Rich" AdSense Sites for $99.

In that I'm having success in one category and looking to diversify, it's tempting, but yet it also seems a bit too good to be true and potentially violating something in the TOS of AdSense?

I mean if 100 people have purchased this stuff and are serving the same site up there with minor differences, I know this type of thing will be problematic for natural SERP, but if I plan on promoting exclusively via PPC, then could this be a problem?

Any thoughts / comments are appreciated.

I'm not sure if I'm allowed to list the website that sells these things here or not.

There's no need to mention the site selling these things. There are plenty of those "opportunities" around and they're easy to find.

Fairly easy to forget also, which is what I'd recommned doing.

If they had any serious potential to be productive the seller would be a fool to sell them for that price.
