The short answer is "Yes". The long answer is that a site has to meet certain minimum standards. There is more information when you sign up.

Yes..even personal blogs can include adsense..just hate/p0rn..etc are not allowed..check the adsense signup page for all the details..

best advice i can give is to create your first site - make it content rich and sign up - once approved, then you can use your adsense code for all your pages and sites from then on in.

google will periodically check your sites anyway, just get your first site on its way
