Does Adsense Pay if Traffic Comes From Adwords?

Several Sites

I have many sites and am just beginning to use Adsense. So far I am very happy since it has added almost $400 a day to the incoming pot. I can't see that the ads distract from my primary offering but actually capture those visitors that would normally have just left my site(s) after not finding what they are interested in.

In any event, I also drive a lot of traffic to my individual sites with Overture and Google PPC programs. Each has individual sites so I can measure results per PPC engine.

If I drive traffic from Google Adwords to my site and have displayed Adsense, do I get credit for the click?

Thank you
