I signed up with expoactive sometime ago but did not place their ads on my sites for a long time. ( the offer was just .03 per click .

now i see better offers .20 + genrally coming up from them.

I wanted to know that as those ads are not context driven ads, are they allowed? has anyone ever asked adsense guys about it? any views are welcome.

Also, if anyone is using expoactive, with adsemse, please suggest and let me know if there are any drawbacks etc? any good points?

I would definitely ask AdSense Support because they have a similar look to AdSense ads.

Found this another place:

Only 1 in 3 ads tracked? expoactive offering high cpc? A company called expoactive appears to be sending out spam [got one today] offering high CPC to specific sites, even asking people to place ads on specific deep linked pages that match the relevance of the ad. Some information I could find online suggests that they require a 3-ad unit display and only include tracking code on one link which is the high paying CPC ad. The claims are the other 2 ads don't appear to track so you get a 1 in 3 shot at high paying CPC.

Big scam!
