Here's what I am thinking about doing, and please tell me if you anyone here has already done it.

Given: Most customers end up shopping at websites that are recognized in their field, websites that usually have a physical store or chain of stores. Customers trust the Amazon's and the Ebay's much more than the mom and pop site.

These large companies are spending considerable amount of money per click on Adsense. Isn't it more cost effective to put Adsense on your product descriptions, and have a more probable financial gain from a high click payout, than the small amount of actual buyers? Furthermore, if you can beat the price of the large, recognized sites for your items; they will click on the AdSense ad from the large company, realize that your prices are lower, and actually come back to buy from you. If they come back to the lower price, or decide to stay with the recognized site for their feeling of security, either way you win.

What do you guys think?

My idea on this is if you have a product or price that is superior or unique in some way don't tempt your customer with a product from a compeditor.
"realize that your prices are lower, and actually come back to buy from you"
(I would'nt count on this!)
