I'm thinking of integrating adsense in a hyperseek powered search but wanted to know if this is permissible as per adsense tos. The code won't change.

Thanks,

That link talks about the Google search box that returns THEIR results with adsense.
It does not talk about if you have your own small search engine and want to put adsense in your own results.

When AdSense first started, it was not allowed, but the TOS was changed some time ago to allow ads on search results pages. So it's cool.
