Now, on that site you have 35 pages about bikini mud wrestling and the pictures are a bit revealing, and the comments are a little rude here an there... but you restrict AdSense from appearing on the site AND this section is not the main feature of the overall site, it's just one section; is that going to work as far as the TOS goes?
I've had sites warned before, we removed ads from offending pages... boom we were back in and ok.
This particular site got the boot and the rep apparently says it can't be let back in. This is a solid site that is designed well, informative. It's just not junk and we have the capability to insure AdSense is not on offensive pages. Why wouldn't they re-approve the site?
Site ContentSite may not include:
* Excessive profanity
* Violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual, group, or organization
* Hacking/cracking content
* Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
* Pornography, adult, or mature content
* Gambling or casino-related content
* Excessive advertising
etc., etc.
Is AdSense TOS applicable to whole site or each page adsense is on?
AdSense TOS are site based.

/edit/btas2 beat me to it :)
AdSense TOS are site based.
Or even account-based. If you were to run AdSense on a porn site, for example, you could easily be dumped from the network altogether even though your other sites with AdSense ads were within the TOS.
