I changed some of my adsense ads to image only for a day to see how it goes. What i have noticed so far is that there are like only 3 advertisers with image ads for my website's content...hmmm might be switching back to keywords.

Your best bet is to opt in to both image and text ads. This will generate the largest pool of ads competing to display on your site - which should result in the highest possible earnigns for your site.
