Illegal items for sale in AS ads

What would you do?

On one of my sites I am currently seeing ads selling "rare" widgets. The truth is, I know for sure these are pirate, bootleg widgets. The problem is, these "rare" widgets are unavailable through legitimate channels, and I know a large segment of my visitors are interested in these items.

What would you do? Would you report this advertiser to AS? Or would you leave it be, as a resource for your visitors, and take the clicks?

1) Block the ads.

2) Put up a "Beware of Fraudulent Rare Widget Sellers" article as a customer service to your visitors.

I have written G in several instances of same and they were each gone within a week.

I would want to protect my visitors--I'd be concerned that they aren't a "resource" for my visitors, but the opposite. If they claim to be selling this stuff, are they even going to ship it once they are paid?

Block them, report them, and I don't know about Freq's suggestion, possibly offered tongue in cheek, to write an article warning about fraudulent rare widget sellers. MIght be calling undue attention, after all...
