Does everyone else has this? I notice some people just got a simple "Ads by google".
Will it change?

i believe it has something to do with the number of ads being displayed on your site.

LOL, anthrt. Don't tease! Google has been using this as a "branding" alternative to the standard format for maybe a year now. Shows up randomly, as far as anyone knows. AdSense Advisor said something about it but you probably won't be able to find the comment.
