I couldn't get any ads to show on certain pages. The pages are full of information and are some of my best pages. I finally figured it out. In a small obscure part of the page were some crime statistics, including rape and murder statistics. I used them becuase they were incredibly low numbers showing that this area was a safe place to live.

I went ahead and removed the statistics but I still can't get any ads to show. If I remove the adsense I worry that they wont recrawl the page. It's been a few days and they still haven't recrawled. Do I contact them and ask or just wait it out?

If you truly cleaned up the page, it may take a week or two.

Or you can just rename the page!

Maybe this thread will help:

I frequently have this problem. I always email the url of the page to AS support after fixing a stop word problem, that may expedite it. Even so, in my experience, it takes 2-3 days to have ads come back.

I've taken to avoiding them as much as possible. I run a news site, the ones I have the most trouble with are charity-related. Tsunami was also a problem last year.

Problem with stop words is that there is a delay, sometimes days, between when you post them and when they are caught by google and ads stop. Then you have to go back and try and figure out what you missed some time last week...
