Ad Links broken?

links units vanishing, or showing with fewer catgories

Over the past month, I have had more and more pages with (horizontal) Ad Links failing to display, or with just one or two link categories instead of the usual four. Does this relate to the recently announced link unit "improvements"? Is anybody else observing this behavior?

I've noticed this too, but after pressing f5 several times, it seems to correct itself for a short time then goes back into the same cycle.

I;ve taken it as a rude awakening and started to tweak the pages.
