A TOS service

with adsense tips

I think a few people that are book savvy, could offer a service, I'm not sure if anyone has already done this, as generally almost everything has been done on the internet. ;)

Those that know the TOS like the back of their hand, could offer a service to examine sites that are breaking TOS for a low figure and maybe offer a few tip to get better profits.

Because there are alot of guidelines to follow and some of them can be lost in translation.

It could be that someone examing these sites could charge something like $10-$20 and this in return could save publishers thousands of dollars,
depending on how much they earn.

Ofcourse publishers could just read it themselves for free :.) , but strangely alot of people dont.

What do you think of the idea

IMHO, people who violate Google's TOS fall into two categories:

1) The clueless, who wouldn't be aware of your proposed service;

2) The crooked, who wouldn't care.

blueheaven123 - it would be nice if most AdSense publishers were actually trying to conform to TOS, but unfortunately I am just as cynical as EFV :-)

It seems that the clueless live in a different ethical universe, and don't even care about TOS, they just do things the way they see fit, then wonder why they get the famous termination letter. And they never figure it out, they just keep saying that life is unfair.

The ones who "don't care" just work on short-term statistics of launching hundreds of domains, and are aware they are against TOS, and that it is just a matter of time.

Agree about the TOS consulting being not a hot idea, but AdSense optimization consulting on profit share or fixed amounts? That could be a hot commodity!
When I started AdSense I was wondering if there is such a service to help me out, and after some experience I turned to wondering if I could sell this as a service in addition to other services ..
The problem is time: If you are a grand SEO guru with programming, development and AdSense optimization skills, it is much more profitable to publish your own sites, as all that is left will be content and a good niche, and content can be outsourced .. Anyone with less skills will be the one offering such services to others,specially AdSense.

I beleive this type of service has been offered over a year now by one of the well-known Adsense masters. Just add .ca to the name.
