all of my rectangle ads showing only 2 ads

I assumed it was just a shortage of ads at the end of the month until I found all of my skyscraper ads are full.

Usually there is no shortage of ads in my topic.

Could someone who also runs rectangle ads tell me if this is happening to them as well?
