how to avoid some ads

I am using phpBB for my forum and i get only phpBB ads in adsense and sometime linux hosting or seo ads on my website.
How can i avoid these ads and bring farmer related ads?

Check out Adsense section targeting:

[google.com...]

You can use the tags to either emphasize or deemphasize sections of content.
