I wonder why international publishers see PIP before US & Canadian publishers?

I'm english, and mine did arrive about the same time as those in the US did!
Having said that, I don't claim to be special, I just claim that things don't actually have to take that long to send transatlantic!

EFT's should see their PIP's first, because we get the payment before publishers who opted for checks.

Possibly someone just received a PIN and this is a first-time payment that's not part of the usual cycle?
